WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Originally from Northern Ireland, in 2007 I came to New Zealand with my girlfriend (now wife).  As I had always dreamed of traveling the world.  Not long after arriving in Aotearoa, I got a job in Auckland as a chef.  After working and traveling in New Zealand, I fell in love with "the land of the long white cloud." Nearly 10 years later I am still here, and my passion is for food and exploration.  When I am not cooking I am out exploring.  I have spent a long time coming up with an Itinerary for my perfect day out on the West coast.  I try to squeeze as much into the day as I can, mixing good food with good wine and great locations.
